Well, no. They don’t… Clients pick their Service Providers. And as a Provider of said services, which criteria do you use to make educated business decisions about the company’s you serve? You do that, right?? Let’s hope so…
Bottom Line: Do you want to be a Trusted Advisor or a Vendor? A Competitive or Collaborative Relationship?

per the Institute for Supply Management’s index, U.S. manufacturing rose for the 5th consecutive month from 53.6 to 55.9. The highest level since April 2006. Does it ‘feel’ like that to you? Hmmm… Wonder if these are the same geniuses armed with ‘data’ and utilizing algorithms which didn’t foresee the biggest market drop in 70 years…???

I’ve found an entertaining game to play while waiting for and traveling to my 6th floor destination. Don’t have an official name for it yet, but I’m open for suggestions. I try to determine, usually in less than 15-20 secs, solely based upon body language and appearance, which floor people are headed towards…and you know what? I’ve gotten really good at it!! 90% of the time I’m right.

John Abraham had no trouble meeting his high school sweetheart. Ruth Mensendiek was the only girl in Pattonville High School’s Class of 1938. With only four boys in the class, Abraham became the first graduating male for a simple reason. “We graduated in alphabetical order,” he said.
For that and his experiences during World War II, Abraham was inducted Nov. 11 into the Pattonville High School Hall of Fame. Ruth died in 2002.
